Pre-Kindy Education
At Blue Hills College, our Pre-Kindy program is a joyful and nurturing beginning for children who turn four by 31 March—a vibrant space where little learners are free to explore, imagine, and grow under the gentle guidance of caring Christian educators. As part of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist education system, we believe that the early years are a sacred time for laying the foundation of a child’s faith, character, and lifelong love of learning.
Led by a qualified teacher and supported by a dedicated assistant, our Pre-Kindy classroom is a place where young children are encouraged to wonder, discover, and flourish. We understand that the first five years of life are critical to a child’s overall development, and we provide a rich blend of early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning aligned with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Early Stage One curriculum and the national Early Years Learning Framework.
In keeping with our Christian values, each day is gently woven with songs, Bible stories, and simple devotions that teach children they are wonderfully made and deeply loved by God. Our experienced educators create a calm and joyful environment where children feel safe, known, and inspired to grow—emotionally, socially, spiritually, and physically.
Through hands-on experiences, exploration, and Christ-centred care, our Pre-Kindy program prepares children not just for the transition to formal schooling, but for a life rooted in curiosity, compassion, and confidence in their God-given potential. At Blue Hills College, we’re honoured to walk with families through these precious early years—nurturing for today, learning for tomorrow, and building character for eternity.
