BHC is a member of the North Coast Independent Schools Sports Association (NCISSA).
This association consists of co-educational independent schools that compete in a variety of sports throughout the year in: swimming, cross country, athletics, touch football, soccer, basketball, hockey, netball and tennis. Students have the opportunity to be selected for these representative sports, and recognition of their participation is given in assembly and reports. Students who qualify in these competitions go to Sydney to represent the region in the NSW state competitions. Students also have the opportunity to be nominated to represent the NCISSA in other sports that are not a part of the NCISSA competitions.
Our students have the opportunity to represent BHC in various carnival days against other non-government schools through the NCISSA.

Students may continue on to represent the NCISSA in the NSW Combined Independent Schools (CIS) competitions and then to NSW Combined High Schools either through CIS or through direct nomination, depending on the sport.

BHC students have the opportunity to be involved in the following representative sports:

    • Touch Football

    • Basketball

    • Soccer

    • Netball

    • Swimming

    • Athletics

    • Cross-country
